No to 100% certainty on clinical diagnosis

I don’t give an 100% certainty on my clinical diagnosis to my patients. The highest that I usually give is 98 to 99% if I am very very certain. 98% and 99% degree of certainty is for practical purpose the same as 100%. However, I will never put it at 100% as I might get burned knowing that medicine is an inexact science.
