ROJoson’s Options in Medical Management Project

Last January 1, 2018, I made a resolution to start 4 new projects for the next 5 years (up to 75 years old – my second count-down in life).  I have completed all my formulated projects up to age 70 (my first count-down in life) except for one (staying alive and not crippled up to age 70 – have to wait till January 31, 2019 yet – high likelihood I will achieve this – thus planning for the next 5 years already up to age 75).

These 4 projects are (as published in https://rojoson.wordpress.com/2017/12/31/2018-life-plan):

– 100-Bed Level 2, Private General Hospital Design and Operations Manual
– Medical Curriculum Enhancement
– Options for Medical Management – Diagnostic and Treatment Procedures
– Clinical Research

I have laid down the preparatory groundwork for the 100-Bed Level 2, Private General Hospital Design and Operations Manual. See: https://rojosonwritingsonhospitaladministration.wordpress.com/2018/01/25/an-introductory-to-rojhmc-hospital-design-and-operations-manual

I have laid down the preparatory groundwork for Project Clinical Research.  See: https://rojosonmedicalclinic.wordpress.com/2018/01/26/rojosons-clinical-research-project-starting-2018

I am going to start laying down the preparatory groundwork for the Project Options for Medical Management – Diagnostic and Treatment Procedures.

The goal is value-based healthcare services.

Given several options for diagnostic procedures, I will present benefit-risk-cost-availability table of comparison of data and information.  I may or not recommend the best option depending on the situation.  I will leave it to the readers to decide upon analyzing the table.

Given several options for treatment procedures, I will present benefit-risk-cost-availability table of comparison of data and information.  I may or not recommend the best option depending on the situation.  I will leave it to the readers to decide upon analyzing the table.

This will be the table template that I will use:

Options Benefit Risk Cost Availability
1
2
3
4

The starting premise is that a diagnostic procedure is needed for a more definitive diagnosis.

Also, the starting premise that a treatment procedure is needed.
